Terms of Service

- I do not do NSFW and Furry Art. I am fine with slight nudity.- Full payment must be made up front. If there is a 50% deposit made that is non refundable.- Every commission is non-commercial use. For commercial rights there will be a fee of 200% of the original cost.- I own the copyright and will showcase ALL work in my portfolio. This also includes having the right to showcase commercial projects I have worked on.- You aren't allowed to claim my work as your own. This includes commissioned works.- I will be credited as the creator of my works whenever the art is being showcased. Please provide a link to my socials.- I accept all payments through Ko-fi. All payment information will be kept private.- I have the right to decline work.- If the you do not get back to me within a week before sending payment the slot will be terminated.- I will stream all projects live. If you require the project to not be streamed (NDA), there will be an additional fee of 20% of the original price.- It is not a first come first served basis. I will review projects to see what fits into my schedule.- The slot number you have is not the order in which you will receive the commission. It depends on the complexity of the project.- By purchasing my services you are automatically accepting my terms of service and obligated to follow them.
